This year the Gaylord Bands will once again host the MSBOA District 2 High School Honors Band.  Students from around Northern Michigan audition for a spot in this special ensemble.  Auditions will be help on Monday, November 6 at Charlevoix High School from 3:30-5:00pm.  Auditions will cost $5.00.  Students auditioning should plan on carpooling to Charlevoix and back. 

This year's honors band weekend will be held on December 3-4.  The conductor for the honors weekend will be Joseph Dobos, retired band director from Lapeer East High School.  Cost for the weekend will be $40.00.
